Pensions and AI; Prepare to comply with AI act by 2026

Together with GRN Consultancy we wrote a blog about the AI act and pensions. Indeed, in the pension market, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly being looked at to optimize services for customers. One example is using AI for choice guidance and pension communication. As part of the Future Pensions Act (Wtp), the data quality of pension funds has been assessed and improved. This is a good starting point for pension funds to get started with AI. Another law that pension funds must comply with is the AI Act.
