Gerlinde is an experienced business analyst in the field of pension plans, data controls, administration design and pension administrative design. She knows the processes well, both from the employer and from the pension administrator. She is driven to structurally improve pension administration in the Netherlands and make it more future-proof.
Knowledge and Experience
Gerlinde has broad knowledge of pension issues and various pension processes, both at employers, insurers, pension funds and (pension) administrators. She is well informed about the FTK and the WtP. She works out pension processes independently, can interpret regulations and contracts well and checks her work carefully before delivering anything. She has a planned working method and brings people into her work in a motivating and enthusiastic way.
