At NWAge we want us to be able to reach, touch and move everyone with our services products and communications and fine way of working. Unfortunately, not every medium is readily accessible to everyone. For example, 25% of people in the Netherlands are less able to process digital information. For example because one is visually or hearing impaired, limited by low literacy or physically/cognitively limited. NWAge finds it important that everyone can use our website as fully and easily as possible. We therefore like to make efforts to continuously improve our communication and are open to your opinions and suggestions.

Diversity and inclusiveness
At NWAge, diversity and inclusiveness is the foundation of the organization. Fortunately, the Dutch government is also pushing for improvements in the marketplace. For example, there is the Temporary Decree on Digital Government Accessibility, which stipulates that websites and mobile apps of Dutch agencies and institutions must meet certain accessibility requirements. To be more specific: to the requirements laid down in EN 301 549/WCAG 2.1. At NWAge, we follow these guidelines as much as possible and work continuously to improve our services.

NWAge is partially compliant with accessibility requirements. We are open to whatever improvements you as a reader need to make this information more accessible to you and also what you expect NWAge to do to put down a great service and website for you.

Continuous improvement
The Web site is evolving just as NWAge is evolving. This may mean that what is innovative and applicable today may be old and less relevant tomorrow. We want to dialogue with our website users about continuous improvement and value your opinion.

The website is developed with the greatest possible care, always in motion and never finished! The following aspects are important to us in the (continued) development:

Design
This website has been designed according to the latest standards in accessibility and usability. When developing new functionality or improving existing ones, we continue to take this into account and adapt it to users’ needs. We monitor website usage and experiment with new media and technology.

Language
NWAge wants to communicate clear language. Convey our message with care and attention and use understandable texts here. If you see a mistake, or have a suggestion how it could be better you can always approach us with a suggestion.

Opinion
We find the opinion of visitors interesting. In the future, we want to ask visitors online questions about the use of the website in order to improve user-friendliness.
